The Western Slope is getting into a clearer and drier forecast with slowly improving afternoon temperatures!
The morning lows will still be chilly and the start of your day should include an extra layer if you’re outside. There will be the expectation of a mostly clear sky, so the sunshine will help as the day progresses. Afternoon temperatures have achieved seasonal averages in the middle and lower 50s. Moving forward through the weekend the afternoon temperatures should rise slowly to the low 60s by Monday. Except for some light snow showers Friday morning in Pitkin, Summit and Eagle counties, the region remains storm free and in an almost ideal early November pattern. Late next week there is an unsettled pattern developing, but as of today’s forecast this next round of active weather appears to be too far north for major impacts. Still too early to call, so enjoy the great conditions this weekend!
