Weather Forecasts

Incoming storm system, but it’s not strong enough to merit watches, warnings or advisories.

There is the expectation of slick driving conditions over mountain roadways (HWYs 550, 65, 50, 141, 113, 92, 145 and I-70) tonight through Wednesday afternoon. The bigger snow totals will be achieved in the San Juans. Up to six inches are possible in those mountains with lower amounts further north.

The more impactful weather should be the chilly lows and the colder highs. Wednesday morning won’t be the big chill, but the following mornings and afternoons will drop below the seasonal averages. Thankfully this is only for a short period of time as temperature improvements are expected by this weekend. Mild and dry for the end of this week/weekend with a clearer sky!
